The LineScanner recently installed at the insulating glass factory WAPRO in Diedorf, Germany, uses the latest LineScanner technology. At the checkpoint behind the washing machine, SOFTSOLUTION LineScanner has checked every lite since it was started.
Once LineScanner detects any surface quality or coating defects, the signal light will turn red, and all defects will be highlighted and displayed on the monitor, indicating the exact location of each defect. LineScanner then stores all scanned data in a connected archive database. Employees can quickly and easily access archived data to obtain statistical reports and more. In addition, the data can be directly linked to production information so that it is easy to find past results in case of any problems with the quality of the equipment in the future.
WAPRO Gmbh & Co. KG is a leading flat glass processing company in central Germany and has been producing high-quality multifunctional glass since 1998.
